Returns and Refund Policy

At Diadembridal.in we believe in keeping our customers happy always. If any product that you receive does not meet your expectations do write to us at supportdiadem@gmail.com and we’ll surely assist you.

What can I return?

  • You can return/exchange any item that has wrong colour or damaged.
  • If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, we advise the customer to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.
  • In case the product is damaged or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact us at supportdiadem@gmail.com.
  • Kindly retain all packaging materials and product/s until a set of instructions from us regarding the same is received.
  • In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email us at supportdiadem@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • All defective products are to be returned to DiademBridal in its original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully.Please return your order as per the instructions given to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.
  • Safe receipt of defective products by DiademBridal is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • DiademBridal shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
  • In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then DiademBridal shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.

Accessories : 

  • Customised styles, kids wear, accessories are non-returnable, Only Exchange is applicable
  • Sale products are non-returnable, only exchange is applicable.

Refund : 

  • At any cost Diadembridal never processes refund for any of the item instead only exchange is available.
  • In the event of the error having occurred on the part of DiademBridal, the product can be replaced

How long until the customers are not allowed to ask for exchange?

  • You can request for a return within 48 hours from the delivery.

Cancellation : 

  • The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours. The Refund will be credited in Diadem Wallet.

Shall the customer pay for the shipping in return?

  • Our Courier service partner will collect It from the delivered Address

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned in DiademBridal are only approximate values. Because products on DiademBridal are designer made, handwoven, and intricately crafted and sourced from various parts of India, there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and capabilities of computer monitors.

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care, and packaging this cannot be completely avoided.In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from DiademBridal, you may contact the customer care team at (support@diadembridal.com) with your complaints/ feedback.
